Dr. Laura Stec is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic working in Ottawa. Dr. Laura strives to guide individuals through their health goals by thoroughly assessing, then treating their complaints. Her chiropractic interests include paediatric and perinatal wellness, as well as sports injuries, geriatric care and general wellness. She specializes in diversified technique including chiropractic manipulation/mobilization, soft tissue therapy, medical acupuncture, orthotic fitting and rehabilitative exercise. Treatments are always tailored to a patient’s individual needs and preferences.

Dr. Laura obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated cum laude. Prior to CMCC, Laura attended McGill University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Behavioural Sciences. 

Dr. Laura is Webster Certified, trained in Functional Integrated Acupuncture from CMCC, and M2TBlade instrument assisted soft tissue therapy.
